Hello there! Let me introduce myself... My name is Josie Schywiola, and I have had the privilege of selling homes to people now for almost 22 years! For sixteen years I worked in Toronto for Terry Martel and Bosley Real Estate selling in the Beaches, Riverdale, Rosedale, Cabbagetown, Don Mills, and Leaside, to name a few areas In my 17th year in the business, it was time for a change! Out of 70 Toronto realtor applicants, I was chosen to join the sales force of Intrawest to launch the Village at Blue Mountain. It did not take me long to see Intrawest was the biggest catalyst for changes to come!! I learned about the power of the Internet, data management and garnered invaluable marketing skills and tools that would set me apart from local realtors. After all, Intrawest was selling directly to the Toronto market! How did they do it? Let me show you... After 3 years with Intrawest, I needed a new challenge, so I moved on and launched 2 new developments for Cranberry the 2nd largest resort enterprise in Collingwood one resort was in the Links and one in the Yacht Club! My background, before I got into real estate, was advertising. So, Ive always known intuitively that a picture's worth a thousand words... I am one of the only local realtors who goes up in a plane to shoot aerials, selling the magnificence that this area has to offer! On the Bay', 'Mountain Life', 'Our Homes', and 'Beyond the City' are the upscale magazines I chose to advertise in that go directly to exclusive ski and golf clubs, and are also mailed directly to Toronto, Oakville and Muskoka upscale neighbourhoods.
